Class 1 Physicals are now available!
Dr. Sarah, a US Army veteran herself, is a licensed AME to provide Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 FAA Physicals at our El Paso, TX location.
Our physician and staff work to ensure you have a smooth, thorough, and efficient visit to our office for your examination.
Costs:
Class 1 with or without EKG: $275
Class 2 & 3: $250
Additional $50 fee may be required for special issuance, extra forms, or more complex physicals (not common).
Be sure to arrive with your confirmation number from FAA Form 8500-8, which can be completed at the FAA MedXPress website.
Bring corrective eyeglasses or contact lenses if worn and drink some fluids beforehand!
